I started Off You Go to give our community dependable, mature, and loving care for their pets and their homes. Whether you're at work for the day or away on a trip, your pets, your plants, and your home are in safe, experienced hands. With trusted backup help on hand, your visits are always covered.
A neighborhood walk at your dog's pace, with fresh water and a paw wipe before I head out.
An in-home check-in for cats or independent dogs. Fresh food and water, litter box or yard cleanup, and one-on-one attention.
Made for vacationers. Feeding for cats and small pets, watering your indoor and outdoor plants, gathering the mail and packages, and rotating lights so your home looks lived in.
Waiting on the plumber, the cable company, or an important delivery? I'll wait at your home so you don't have to miss work. You book the window your provider gave you, and I hold that whole block for you.
Your booked window is billed in full, whether your provider arrives early, late, or finishes ahead of time. If the work runs past your window, the extra time is billed at the same half-hour rate. Windows cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are billed in full.

After I review your request, I will personally email you a link to schedule a free Meet and Greet at your home. It is a relaxed half hour to say hello, meet your pets, and see your space.
Once we have met and we both feel comfortable, I will send you my scheduling link so you can book regular visits whenever you need them.

Yes, for visits that require entry. You'll choose the method, whether that's a key, a lockbox code, or another arrangement. Your access details stay confidential and are used only to provide your service.
Yes. A current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs and cats. Other vaccines like distemper, bordetella, or FVRCP are strongly recommended but not required.
I'll try to reach you and your emergency contact first. If I can't reach anyone and believe your pet needs care, I'll take them to your preferred vet, or the nearest one, and you'll be responsible for the vet costs. We'll agree on a spending limit together in your service agreement.
If your dog doesn't already wear a tracker, I'll clip my own AirTag to their collar for the walk only, and remove it afterward. It's used solely to help locate your dog during that walk.
Yes, though it's not required. Cameras protect both of us by giving an honest record of each visit.
You can cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed in full.

Only if you say yes. It's entirely optional, your name, address, and house number are never included, and you can withdraw permission at any time.
Dog walking, pet feeding visits, and the house check bundle are priced at $30 for 30 minutes, $40 for 45 minutes, and $50 for 60 minutes. The wait-for-service window, where I wait at your home for a delivery or repair appointment, is $25 per half hour with a two-hour minimum. Extra pets, weekends, holidays, and same-day requests each carry a small surcharge, listed in the pricing section above.
